DURHAM, NC – As Winter settles into the region and cooler temperatures approach, Happy Home is heating up. The respected area business has been deploying personnel all over the region to perform routine maintenance checks and service prior to cold weather setting in. Though in the past the primary focus has been on heating and cooling, the company has chosen to announce its inclusion of plumbing and electrical services to their menu. This will enable Happy Home to incorporate air, electrical, and water line checks to their pre-winter maintenance performed for clients.
“We are very grateful to our clients for pushing us in this direction,” says company spokesperson Lane Riley. “Our mandate has always been to serve our community and this attitude has allowed us to build a reputation for quality in our region. Knowing that our clients would prefer us adding these services to the existing menu rather than choose another contracting company is truly humbling.”
The announcement comes just in time for winter checks on heating ducts and furnace systems. Incorporating air quality, outdoor pipes, and other maintenance into their schedule saves customers money and time. Riley adds that preventative maintenance is the key to longevity of home systems and recommends that current and new customers schedule a site visit before winter sets in. Although the company has 24/7 emergency services, it is their hope none of their clients have to use it.
“Most of the time people don’t realize something’s broken until they go to use it,” he explains. “Then they’re stuck waiting in the cold until we can get a truck out — and who wants that?”
The company runs monthly and seasonal specials and recommends anyone interested in finding a good home services plan visit their website regularly.
