Morocco – As part of its medical care activities for the residents of Aït Faska, the Anouar Association for Development and Solidarity is pleased to announce the launch of the medical caravan program from February 7 to 9 of 2020 that specializes in ophthalmic cataract surgery in partnership with the Moroccan Medical Association of Solidarity as well as the Ministry of Health, local authorities of Marrakesh-Tensift-El Haouz and the Moroccan Red Crescent at the Aït Faska Community Center.
Mr. Mohamed dekkak, President of the Anouar Association, confirmed that the population of El-Haouz in general, and of the Aït Faska region in particular, suffer from cataracts. He also stressed in this regard that the association, in coordination with the Moroccan Medical Association for Solidarity, will work for the success of this medical caravan program, allowing the greatest number of people affected by this illness to benefit from it for the whole duration of the program.
Mr. Musatapha Janan, the Secretary-General of the Anouar Association, also stressed that the association is going to assist every one of them to guarantee the success of the medical caravan program in excellent conditions. The association is focusing on preparing for this event to help the residents and to achieve the goal of this medical program.
