Chicago, IL Bering McKinley (BMK) has announced the achievement of a new industry-leading certification type. This certification, a professional designation in the field of Service Management and Dispatch for Managed Services Providers (MSP’s), helps MSP’s who have historically struggled to execute on the role of dispatch and service management in their businesses.

The Dispatch & Service Management Leadership Certification courses provide advanced dispatch and service concepts, models, and blueprints to help MSP professionals manage and lead profitable service teams. As the first BMK Service Ambassador, Greller has been recognized as the 1st Certified Service Manager in the world, the first to hold such an honor.
