This certification, a professional designation in the field of Service Management and Dispatch for Managed Services Providers (MSP’s), helps MSP’s who have historically struggled to execute on the role of dispatch and service management in their businesses.

As the first BMK Service Ambassador, Greller has been recognized as the 1st Certified Service Manager in the world, the first to hold such an honor.
