BOUNTIFUL, UT – Bryan Jewett, owner and CEO of Craig’s Services, wants homeowners in the Davis County area of Utah to have all the information they need to make the best decisions when it comes to their homes. Bryan Jewett learned the craft of installing equipment and providing exceptional customer service from time spent with his father, Craig. Bryan purchased the company from his father in 2006, and since then has seen Craig’s Services grow to be one of the top home service businesses in Davis County.
“Many people find their heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and even plumbing systems too mysterious or complex these days to bother with,” says Bryan. “We want to take away that fear and give people the confidence to know that all of their home comfort systems are in the best hands.”
There are many signs when a home needs maintenance. For example, if someone finds there are areas of their home that are cooler or hotter than others, it means there is uneven heat distribution. Some vents may be blocked. Craig’s services can also help by testing the air quality of homes and determining what work needs to happen for a home to be as safe and comfortable as possible. “When we show up to a customer’s home after they’ve described the problem over the phone, we sometimes find it’s a simple solution, saving the homeowner unnecessary expenses. This can pay off in the long run, especially when budgets are tight.” Bryan recommends you seek the advice of a professional before attempting your own maintenance.
Another way that Bryan Jewett and his team are committed to the people they serve is through the Craig’s Community of Caring Event. “We believe in exceeding customer expectations and looking out for the people in our area.” Each year, through Craig’s Community of Caring, the whole Team celebrates someone in the community by providing them with a new furnace and air conditioner. Bryan explained, “We know that people can’t always afford the level of comfort and security they need,” then, with a massive smile, said, “and we love to help.” This year, Craig’s services supported a young mother of 4, recently diagnosed with cancer, and who had suddenly lost her husband.
“We are a family business,” explains Bryan Jewett, “and we want everyone who does business with us to feel a part of our family.”
