Hirsh London, the Mayfair jeweller known for distinctive flowing lines on its pieces, is welcoming customers back to its doors again. The company has also launched a new service, the Hirsh Taxi, which travels the routes between customers’ homes and the British luxury house.
The company takes the safety of its customers seriously and is aware of the risks of having to use public transportation during this global pandemic. After getting the greenlight from the government to open its boutique, it takes a step further in ensuring customers’ safety and convenience by launching Hirsh Taxi.
“Creating a special, personal customer experience is always at the forefront of everything we do. In light of the current worldwide pandemic, we wanted to take our level of customer experience even further to ensure our customers feel safe and secure. We truly feel our Hirsh Taxi will allow us to do just that,” Managing Director Sophia Hirsh said.
The Hirsh Taxi is a complimentary service for customers living within the M25 and is available by appointment. Equipped with masks, gloves and hand sanitiser, this brand-new TX electric taxi transports customers from one house at a time, delivers purchases to clients, and can bring either Jason or Sophia Hirsh to customers’ homes for outdoor socially distanced consultations. The taxi is fully sanitised after every use.
Creative Director Jason Hirsh stated, “We have taken all the steps we can to create a secure and happy environment for our customers and our team. Now, thanks to our new Hirsh Taxi, we are also providing an ultra-safe way for our customers to make a purchase or have a socially distanced consultation.”
Visits to the boutique itself are currently by appointment and only available to customers from one home at a time. Social distancing is practiced at all times and customers are provided with gloves, hand sanitisers and masks upon arrival. Jewellery is handled with gloves and regularly sanitised.
Hirsh London is home to the finest craftsmen in the country. Since it was established in 1980, this quintessentially British brand has become one of the top makers of unique fine jewellery pieces featuring rare and unusual gemstones. This family business is now in the hands of the second generation, couple Jason and Sophia Hirsh, who both lead with great appreciation for British craftsmanship and rare gemstones. Hirsh London recently transferred to a Grade II Listed Georgian Townhouse on Conduit Street, Mayfair, and is celebrating its 40th anniversary.
