New York, NY – July 15, 2020 – Centerpark CEO Gregg Reuben has been appointed as a Director and Senior Advisor to the Lost Tribe Esports Board of Directors.
Gregg Reuben is the founder and CEO of Centerpark LLC, a parking management and real estate investment firm focused on re-positioning parking properties in gateway cities. Gregg has over 28 years of experience in the parking management business and is well versed in every aspect of the industry including the operations and management of some of the country’s most prestigious parking facilities.
Lost Tribe Esports is creating a year-round, global home base for Gen Z Jewish gamers, allowing them to compete locally, nationally, and even internationally through their online tournaments and in-person events. Users can build a clan, represent their hometowns, and win prizes while building friendships with other Jewish gamers around the world.
Gregg started his career in the parking management industry in 1992 while attending UCLA where he became the owner of Autofair America, an operator of parking facilities in Los Angeles. In 1998 after the successful sale of Autofair, Gregg joined ABM Parking, a NYSE company with over 1,900 parking facilities and one of the nation’s largest providers of parking management services. While at ABM, Gregg became the company’s youngest vice president in its 90-year history and head of its mergers and acquisitions department leading the company’s national expansion efforts via the acquisition of parking companies and properties. In 2003, Gregg became the founder and CEO of Alliance Parking. During Gregg’s time at Alliance Parking, the company owned and leased 50 parking facilities between New York and Florida and employed over 350 individuals. In 2015, Alliance Parking was sold and from 2015 – 2017 Gregg served as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Tri-State Region for SP Plus Corporation, the world’s largest parking management company.
Currently, Gregg’s energy is focused on building the New York-based Centerpark. Having acquired 15 properties over the last two years, Centerpark’s mission is to become one of the largest owner/operators of parking facilities in gateway cities over the next 7-10 years. With the use of proprietary technologies and opportunistic value-oriented strategies, Centerpark is converting the traditional parking garage, with limited user groups, into modern mixed-use transportation centers servicing all the participants of the transportation eco-system. In 2015, Centerpark won Harvard Business School’s Best Business Strategy Competition and in 2016 was a finalist in Harvard Business School’s New Venture Competition.
