Titled “Bio Sucuk Berlin”, the company has introduced world’s FIRST and most lip-smacking Organic Sucuk for the perfect real-taste experience. Homemade from the Uckermark, the eco-friendly Organic Sucuk is the tastiest and the juiciest sausage to ever land on a plate.
Bio Sucuk is currently offering two kinds of Sucuk. One is the Original Ottoman Sucuk made with authentic spices used by the Turkish Sultans themselves. The other is a modernised version called BBQ Sucuk, made with roasted pepper.

Bio Sucuk Berlin is an endeavour by Walesca Frank, a dynamic black girl with roots in Dominican Republic. Born and raised in Switzerland, she has come all way from the Swiss mountains to Berlin to study in Berlin Theatre Arts. It was during her academic days in Berlin Theatre that she fell in love with Sucuk and wanted to explore more about the new-found favorite. Over the course of her journey, she discovered that locally-sourced Sucuk is not available. These explorations inspired her to come up with organic and HANDMADE Sucuk which is to be distributed in good faith – and thus Bio Sucuk Berlin was formed.
