Paige Cassada, C5 Insight Sr. Solution Architect, will be presenting the Dynamic Communities webinar, “CRM – Should I Use D365 Business Central or D365 for Sales?” This session is scheduled for Thursday, August 20 from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm Eastern time.

Organizations considering NAV or Business Central for ERP, and considering Dynamics 365 for Sales as a separate CRM solution may be confused about the right licenses to buy and the best place to handle CRM functionality. This session will discuss and demonstrate the differences between Dynamics 365 Business Central (and its offline predecessor, NAV) and Dynamics 365 for Sales and for Customer Engagement in terms of CRM functionality. Attendees will learn about the different data that each can manage, differences in Outlook integration, and the overall user experience. There will also be a brief demonstration of the integration available between Business Central and CRM and a discussion of the strengths and gaps in this integration.
