“I want to see women reach their full potential. I know they can accomplish great things when they can fulfill their divine destiny in life. That is why I decided to be a part of the HLIC Movie. I was ready to reach women all over the world with my message”

Darlene Brown has always had a desire to help women overcome their fears to realize their full potential. As CEO of Divine Empowerment and a certified Personal Development and Business Leadership Coach, she has been able to do that. Her 10-month Life-Skills Development curriculum, for more than eight years, has helped participants of the Adam’s House program at the Prince George’s County Health Department. Participants learn the proven success strategies and methodologies for anger management, effective communication, building a healthy relationship, career assessment planning, and financial planning. She has been making a difference in the lives of women for a long time. Recently, as part of the cast of the Head Ladies in Charge Documentary (HLIC Movie), she took her ability to reach women to a global level.

“I’m always amazed at the number of women, all over the world, who have experienced the same negative things I did as a child. Those things do not have to cripple your life,” says the former host of “The Next Level” TV Show. Her written articles were featured in Today’s Black Woman Magazine. Her articles on leadership and entrepreneur skills are currently in Prince George’s Suite Magazine. “I want to see women reach their full potential. I know they can accomplish great things when they can fulfill their divine destiny in life. That is why I decided to be a part of the HLIC Movie. I was ready to reach women all over the world with my message.”
