BROOKLYN, NY – 19 Oct, 2015 – Sometimes the best way to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday, many people agree, is to put the cooking and heavy lifting into the hands of professionals. In Brooklyn, the very popular and well regarded Park Slop favorite, Carnem Prime Steakhouse, recently announced their special Thanksgiving plans. The restaurant, under the direction of Chef David DiSalvo, has announced a special 3-course Prix Fixe menu, featuring Organic Farm Raised Turkey, and a glass of house wine for $75 per person, children ten and under $25. Prime Rib Roast, Porterhouse and Rib Eye steaks will also be served.
“We’re very confident our Thanksgiving menu is going to impress our guests in all the right ways,” commented Jacob Krumgalz, owner of Carnem. “It’s a special holiday and we’re doing everything we can to offer a very special experience here with us. Chef DiSalvo understands what makes a Thanksgiving meal great.”
Carnem Prime Steakhouse will be open 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm on Thanksgiving day and evening.
Carnem has earned a remarkable reputation throughout New York City as a restaurant that puts quality first. With a kitchen led by the French Culinary Institute graduate DiSalvo, whose resume has seen him work from coast to coast at everywhere from Michellin-starred restuarants, to steakhouses that have earned #1 Zagat ratings; and a menu consisting of U.S.D.A. Prime Certified Angus Beef sourced from the area’s top purveyors, Carnem delivers.
Thanksgiving will be no exception.
The restaurant is located at 318 5th Ave, Park Slope, Brooklyn.
