Oceanfront Resort in Del Mar, California, Selects Local Timeshare Management Company with Over 2 Decades of Experience to Manage Its Operations

Grand Pacific Resorts, an award-winning timeshare management company with more than two decades of experience, welcomed Wave Crest Resort in Del Mar, California, to its family of managed resorts on October 1, 2015. Wave Crest Resort is now one of two Grand Pacific resorts in Del Mar and 11 Grand Pacific Resorts in Southern California. The management company continues to grow with a focus on key markets, including California and Hawaii.

Included in Wave Crest Resort’s full-service management contract are resort operations and owner services. Grand Pacific will also service all maintenance fee billing and collections through its affiliate, Advanced Financial Company (AFC). In addition to their existing benefits, Wave Crest Owners will now have access to nightly rentals through ResorTime and internal exchanges through Grand Pacific Exchange (GPX).
