Domenico di Siena, born in 1962, started his working experience in the public administration in the early 80s. It is here when he had his first contact with the food because he had to control the fiscal years. During these years he worked also in a professional administrative and  labour consultancy office where he gained his experience as a company and personnel manager.

In the 90s’ he started his experience as entrepreneur opening fiscal years related to the food in some shopping malls. So his career continues with a series of experiences related to the consultancy and the launch of new formats.

In 2007 he created the brand “CONDOLCEZZA GELATERIA ARTIGIANALE E CAFFETTERIA” and after couple of years  he created the brand “CONSAPORE PIZZERIA ITALIANA CON Ristorante”.

At the end of 2015 he advertised the brand “Domenico di Siena Food expert” to answer the needs and the numerous consultancy requests coming from airports, shopping mall, railway stations, Asian markets, in order to use the brand as a meaning for high quality and innovation.
