Health and wellness coach Roslyn Francois of Los Angeles will join the growing list of contributors for the upcoming multi-author book, “Top Professionals Give Expert Advice on Women’s Health and Wellness: The Unique Challenges Middle Aged Women Face & How to Make Them Your Best Years.”
Francois was approached by the book’s co-authors Lisa Williams and Glenda Clare, Ph.D. because of her focus on women’s health and wellness issues. Francois describes her area of expertise as “upper room wellness,” and she focuses on helping people to achieve a higher dimension of living.
Francois will be featured in a chapter called, “The Woman Who Wonders, ‘Where Do I Go From Here?’” and she will speak to the power and peace that comes when body, mind and spirit are aligned.
Francois seemed genuinely touched to be asked for her contribution and said, “I am honored, humbled and so very excited to be a part of this amazing project, and I cannot wait to read the stories and tap into the wisdom of the other authors. The power of story, especially in the company of women, is a mystical force. Story has the power to move, the power to inspire, the power to heal. I believe God speaks to us through our sisters. Let us listen. Let us learn. Let us heal.”
The book is a multi-author project that will feature professional female coaches and experts who will discuss specific topics that revolve around a common theme, in this case, middle-aged women’s health and wellness.
The book will be facilitated by Williams and Clare. Lisa Williams is a media strategist and founder of the book’s publishing company, Authority Book Consulting, LP. Glenda Clare, Ph.D. will serve as lead co-author, and was chosen for her expertise in the fields of public health and behavioral health.
According to Williams, “Roslyn Francois brings a fresh perspective in approaching wellness that resonates with people, especially women. She has an ability to help women reach a new level of consciousness. Her contributions to this book will be profound, and Dr. Clare and I are thrilled that she has decided to join us.”
There has recently been an explosion of multi-author books in the publishing world, and Lisa Williams has taken a leading role in this niche. Williams and her publishing company are increasingly viewed as the go-to experts for professionals who want to publish books and establish authority in their chosen field.
Williams points out that a multi-author book not only brings value to readers who are exposed to multiple perspectives, but it gives authors/professionals a platform in which to demonstrate their expertise. She will interview each contributing expert and will draft the book’s chapters from those interviews.
The book will be released on Amazon.com in mid-December 2015.
