BUFFALO, NY – 11 Feb, 2016 – What do you get when you combine the best elements of charades with emoji, the newest digital art form sweeping the online world? Eat Brain LLC, announces it’s multiplayer game, Emoji with Me, is now available to download and play for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Emoji with Me pairs up players to test their wits using only emoji. Players choose words or short phrases from multiple categories, then send representations of those phrases to their teammate utilizing nothing more than a custom emoji keyboard. Just as in the classic game of charades, points are earned when a teammate correctly guesses the phrase. However, rather than dramatic or artistic clues, Emoji with Me features a library of popular emojis that allow for hilarious head-to-head competition.
The fast-paced casual game launches with thousands of pre-defined phrases from a wide range of categories, such as movies, TV shows, and common idioms. Further categories will be released in the following weeks in the form of downloadable expansion packs. Players also have the option to create their own custom categories and phrases, allowing for a high-degree of personalization, and virtually endless gameplay options!
Pointing to the emoji trend sweeping social media, Eat Brain’s co-founder and lead developer Mark Zorn, explains, “Emojis tap into a social media phenomenon in a fun and familiar way. We’ve combined the best elements from several tried- and-true classic games and made it fresh and accessible to an entirely new generation of casual mobile gamers.”
Emoji with Me launches with three different gameplay styles:
• Players compete amongst friends
• Players compete while paired with random community teammates
• Players can practice on their own in solo mode
Emoji with Me is available for download on both iOS and Android mobile devices.
