Life Changing Mindful Running Movement Launches Online Course

Mindful runners can finally learn, connect, & strengthen together anywhere, anytime.

BOULDER, Colorado – March 10, 2016 – SakyongMipham Rinpoche – global visionary, marathon runner, international leader of the mindful running movement, and author of Running With the Mind of Meditation (RWTM) — launched a Kickstarter campaign to expand this ground-breaking work into an easy-to-access online platform. Rinpoche and his team developed an online course and community for mindful runners. The goal is to raise $25,000 by March 29, 2016. 

This 7-week online course and membership site will teach people how to run for their well being. The Sakyong hopes to alleviate the negative physical and mental effects of a sedentary and unhealthy lifestyle with the Mindful Running Movement. The course offers techniques, tools, and profound wisdom to teach people with busy lives a way to enjoy the benefits of moving the body and stilling the mind, simultaneously.
