KANSAS CITY, MO – 06 Apr, 2016 – Turn The Page Online Marketing is thrilled to announce a new partnership with The Shadow Buddies Foundation, a Lenexa-based non-profit organization dedicated to helping children cope with difficult situations and illnesses.
The Shadow Buddies Foundation was founded in 1995 by CEO Marty Postlethwait, who was inspired by her son, Miles, to find a way to bring comfort to children going through illnesses and hospital stays. Today, the organization has distributed more than 990,000 Shadow Buddy dolls with condition-specific features to children in all 50 states and 19 countries.
“It is an honor for The Shadow Buddies Foundation to have been chosen by TTP this year. We are thrilled to work with this amazing team helping us to build our brand name and make a stronger impact within our own community,” said Shadow Buddies founder Marty Postlethwait of the partnership.
Turn The Page Online Marketing provides businesses and organizations with strategic online marketing practices, including search engine optimization, web design, blogging, and social media. Located in Lee’s Summit, TTP offers online marketing services for businesses across the country.
As a member of the TTP online marketing team and a board member of Shadow Buddies, Aaron Fulk first came up with the idea of a partnership between the two. “Shadow Buddies is an incredible organization that truly changes the lives of kids for the better. I love the idea of putting our online marketing expertise to such worthy use, and I’m happy that my coworkers at TTP felt the same way,” she said.
Turn The Page CEO Rob Rance was especially happy about the partnership as the Shadow Buddies cause is close to his heart.
“For all of us at Turn The Page it is obviously such a wonderful and rewarding cause. At TTP we spend all of our working days helping businesses succeed in a competitive environment. There is no better way for our team to recharge than to help Shadow Buddies create more Super Hero relationships. I understand from personal experience with my grandson, Bruce, the emotional drain on children with any long-term illness. It is a great joy to put the talents of our Page Turners to work for such a great cause helping these children.”
