In this world, individuals are required to obtain a license to drive a car, fish, go hunting, open a business, and even get married! However, one of the most important job in the world – Parenting – requires no licensing or certification at all. George Siegal sheds light on societies low standards for parenting with his latest documentary film, “License to Parent.” The film shows that if the system raised the quality of parenting, the world would be a better place for everyone to enjoy. To release this documentary to the public, the creators launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise $75,000 by April 29, 2016.
George Siegal, talented Director/Producer of “License to Parent” and owner of J.E.L. Production in Texas, was inspired to make this film after he noticed a huge gap in society between when a child is born and when the legal system will step in if there is a problem. Siegal hopes this film will make a difference for the youths of today and future generations. For more details about the film, visit the Kickstarter campaign.
