Augmented Publishing Group Launches Search for Professionals in Northridge to Participate in a New Real Estate Book Project

Augmented Publishing Group and real estate agent Andrea Steward are joining forces to launch a new book project and have begun the search for professionals in Northridge, California to be included in their upcoming real estate book.

The Los Angeles-based firm Augmented Publishing Group have just announced the official launch of their search for professionals to be featured in the upcoming book, “The Who, What and Why of Real Estate — How to Buy and Sell a Property in Today’s Economy, Northridge Edition.”

Lisa Williams, the President of APG, confirmed that Northridge real estate agent, Andrea Steward, has signed on to head up the search team.

Williams stated, “We are thrilled to be able to attract the involvement of someone as respected as Ms. Steward for this important project. She has incredible commitment and passion, not only for the families and clients she helps, but for the entire real estate community as well.”

A citywide search is currently being conducted to find professionals for the project such as mortgage brokers, real estate attorneys, financial advisors, appraisers, home inspectors, insurance agents, estate planning attorneys, credit professionals, tax professionals, general contractors, home stagers, moving companies and landscapers.

Steward explained her search process by saying, “I am excited to lead this project.  I’ll be reaching out to a select group of professionals whom I feel are true educators and advocates for the success of the home buyers and sellers in the Northridge community, while at the same time spreading the word about a great cause.” Williams and Steward have pledged that 100 percent of their retail royalties will be donated to Beckford Elementary School in Northridge.

Scheduled for a summer release, each chapter of the book will focus on each of the selected professionals who will share their insights and tips, as well as disprove any myths and misconceptions dealing with the buying and selling of real estate.

Williams described the book as “a powerful resource for home-sellers who are trying to balance their choices when preparing their home for quick sale and/or maximum price. The information will also tackle the most common challenges faced by home-buyers, from qualifying for the right mortgage to getting their offer accepted in any type of market.”

According to Williams, several industry leaders have expressed an interest in participating. She and Steward expect to make an announcement revealing the final selections by the first of May.

“We anticipate a lot of exposure around this project, for both Beckford Charter Elementaryand the people we select to be featured in the book. We really want to showcase those professionals who are actually in the trenches, working hard every day and who are willing to share that experience to benefit a great cause, and the success of homeowners in Northridge. That’s what will make this a win-win project.”
