SAP Partner vCentric Technologies facilitates the HCM transformation for Thriveni Earthmovers pan- India operations.

Integral to the HR makeover, the Employee Central Module would replace the current HR Processes managed manually with Excel Sheets.

The Legacy Performance Management system updated only during annual appraisals would make way for the SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Module which effectively manages employee performance by aligning the corporate strategy to an individual employee level through cascading goal mapping at an individual employee level, across the cross-section of the organization.
