Madrid, Spain – June 20, 2016 – Creators of video game website, HITPOINTED, launched a campaign seeking support from the gaming community to raise €30,000 by July 11, 2016, to complete its design and development. This site is a much-needed tool that will give gamers a voice and allow them to rate games with total freedom.
In the ever evolving industry of video games, there’s a constant annoyance that plague passionate gamers. The release of games that are lackluster or sometimes feels incomplete. A balance needs to be achieved by empowering players because, at times, the media refuses to submit severe and consequent reviews towards games that simply don’t measure up. HITPOINTED was created to provide a platform for those who play to be heard. The goal is to contrast press ratings with community ratings.
HITPOINTED is a social place where users can build a profile, create lists of reviews and follows that will allow the community to interact. At the core of the of the site consists of a meticulous database of games. 5000 titles to start and it’ll only continue to grow over time. Not to mention, the site will also include every game since the beginning of video game history.
Habituated to the trophy systems of various gaming platforms, the developers have included rewards of their own. A series of medals will unlock as users rate games, get likes for reviews and lists, or just spend time on the site.
