Los Angeles, California – July 01, 2016 – Motion graphics artist, Nathan Hatch, has loved all kinds of games from Mario Brothers to Cards Against Humanity since he was a little kid. His passion for irreverent humor and a cleanly design inspired him to develop Prattle, a hilarious game that will revivify game nights with family and friends. To bring this nonsensical card game to the masses, Hatch launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise $10,000 by July 29, 2016.
Prattle is a card game printed on high-quality stock with a glossy, professional finish, digitally cut and contained in a heavy-duty case. Most of the cards have a single word (many unutterable in sensitive company), and are dealt to each player who in turn try to build a grammatically correct sentence. However, the fun is that the sentence that doesn’t need to actually make sense! Modifiers and action cards amp up the game by letting players alter the course and meaning of the sentence, steal cards, rearrange words, and mess up other players’ strategies. When a player can complete a sentence with a punctuation card, they read the sentence aloud and score 1 point for each card in the phrase. The player with the most points after 10 complete sentences wins the game.
A free PDF download of Prattle is available on the Kickstarter campaign. Click here to make a contribution and pre-order the exclusive Prattles Collector’s Edition today. Backers can choose from a number of attractive rewards. Perks will be delivered by October 2016.
Please keep in mind this is an “all-or-nothing” deal. If the campaign does not reach the funding goal, then the project cannot move forward. So know that any amount given can make a difference. This is also an incredible opportunity to be a part of a special project! Help the campaign reach its goal by sharing this on Facebook, Twitter, and other social networks. The more people know about this, the more support the campaign will receive.
