The Victor’s Square shopping center is located on the corner of Franklin Avenue and Bronson Avenue in Hollywood, across the street from Gelson’s Market.
“Small, well located retail centers rarely trade,” says T.C. Macker, CCIM. The seller was able to achieve $885 a square foot on a 15,309 SF building located on 20,692 SF of land. The property is occupied by 6 tenants including Victor’s restaurant, The Oaks Gourmet, Fresh Brothers and others.
