Educational TV Series About Baby Animals Seek Kickstarter Support To Produce Pilot

A program about the passion and love for conservation efforts around the world

London, United Kingdom – July 11, 2016 – ZooBornsTV is a fun and educational TV series created to teach children about the lives and conservation efforts of unique baby animals. Angus Ledgerwood, founder of AWL Creations, launched a campaign seeking capital to produce a professional pilot episode for the series. A partnership with Bristol Zoo was established to feature their baby Lemurs in the first episode. This pilot will be used as a proof of concept for the full, 24 half-hour episodes set for online or traditional television release. The goal is to raise £72,000 by August 4, 2016.

Ledgerwood has a decade of experience working in film and television. His international credits include Australia, North America, and Scandinavian markets. He was also the former Vice President of Development for Anonymous Productions Inc. located in Los Angeles, California, where he developed non-scripted and scripted multi-platform projects.

ZooBornsTV follows a team of young, passionate animal conservationists who travel to the world’s top zoos and aquariums in search of new infant animals. They will gather valuable information for ZooBorns Head Quarters (ZBHQ) from the incredible teams that care for these critters. The conservationists will explore the ingenious solutions that are assisting in the survival of some of the world’s cutest and sometimes bizarre animals, mammals and reptiles.

The ZooBorns team sought the guidance and support of the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums to ensure that all groups involved with the series are reputable in their practices and associations. Their mission is not only to entertain but to educate the audience about the world around them.
