The EEOC recently released the Enforcement and Litigation Data for Fiscal Year 2014, which ran from Oct. 1, 2013, to Sept. 30, 2014. and found that the percentage of claims alleging retaliation has reached a record high with 37,955 retaliation charges under all statutes, which made up 42.8 percent of all charges filed with the EEOC in 2014.

On July 1, 2016, Vero Integritas Global, Inc., launched the first phase of a unique human resources product; the Employee Relations System (ERS).

The system is designed to meet the needs of employers with small businesses that expect to expand their workforce in a short period of time, as well as large employers who need a better system in place to administer employee relations issues.

“This first phase of the ERS system has been designed specifically for the U.S. market, however, the company intends to extend its reach into the global markets in the near future.

“We expect to add additional features, products and services which will be made available as the expansion of businesses into global markets continues to raise concerns over the proper treatment of its workforce”, Garrett stated. “We believe that human capital is the backbone of any organization and with the ERS system, we’ve got your six”, Garrett said.
