GEORGIA – Sales industry veterans Michael Burke, Kara Gullo and James Yeagle today announced that they have launched Aleant, LLC (aleantllc.com) in partnership with key enterprise partners, with a focus on quantitative sales recruiting. Aleant, utilizing a proprietary suite of tools, will focus on partnering with companies to help ensure successful sales hiring and sales force performance.
Mr. Burke most recently served as Chief Executive Officer at 1FORCE, where he led its domestic and overseas growth and development. Prior to that, Mr. Burke served as Senior Vice President of TEKSystems, the largest private talent management firm in the world.

Mr. Yeagle was most recently the Executive Director of U.S. Sales & Marketing for TMG Gases Inc. where he helped lead the execution of the company’s growth strategy. He brings more than 25 years of sales and leadership experience spanning the enterprise I.T., medical and public sector industries. James Yeagle, added, “There is an opportunity in this sector to address a critical issue that most companies face. Through our experience, approach and methodology we create significant value in helping our clients drive revenues by ensuring they hire the right sales talent.”
