Germany’s First Price Comparison Portal Seeks To Launch Through Kickstarter

Düsseldorf, Germany – August 3, 2016 – is Germany’s first price comparison social network. It’s a portal designed to help users save money on their holidays while engaging with a community. Creator Nicolas Hofer launched a campaign to raise €150,000. The funds received will used to complete the development of the platform.’s mission is to give back and inspire societal change. Twenty percent of gross earnings will be donated to SOS Children’s Village. Hofer started his journey to establish the site back in 2014. In the past two years, he’s research revealed that none of the comparison portals on the market offered any unique selling points. In order to gain a competitive advantage over competitors, Hofer realized users want to engage. A recent study shows that 53% of all consumers want a social aspect to the sites they frequent. 

Hofer’s vision is to spark a change in the world through social economy. He wants to help people make a shift in their mindset. It should be focused on children’s futures. Create an environment for them to grow up in that’s happy and fulfilling. Each time a user book their travel on, donations will automatically be contributed to the designated charity. The more donations are made, the more children can and will be helped.
