August 15, 2016 – There’s something very special about adopting a retro style that can work magic on the feel of a business, a home or an institute like a school or university. Perhaps no one understands this as well as Charles Town, WV’s Custom Retro Furniture leader, who recently crossed the 25 year milestone of supplying high quality and custom retro furniture, appliances, accessories and vintage machines to their loyal customers. Along the way, Bars and Booths have built a reputation for always putting customer satisfaction first, a fact that was recently recognized by Houzz, who awarded BarsandBooths.com the 2016 “Best of Houzz” award for Customer Satisfaction, chosen by a poll of the over 35 million monthly users that make up the Houzz community. Houzz is considered one of the world’s leading home modeling and design platforms. The Bars and Booths team couldn’t have been more excited about the news.
“All of our clients have a dream or vision,” commented a spokesperson from Bars and Booths. “We feel it is our job to help make their dreams come true. This spirit is what motivates us to take the extra steps that set Bars and Booths apart from the crowd and leads to things like the amazing recognition from Houzz. It’s a better way to approach business.”
According to the company, they are the original supplier of retro furniture with over 25 years of experience in the field. They continue to supply retro furniture, bars, appliances, vintage machines and a wide range of accessories of all kinds to both commercial and residential customers, with an emphasis on quality. Bars and Booths also offer custom bars and booths in modern styles, to meet any customer needs, as well as restoration services for things like old soda machines, candy vending machines, popcorn machines and much more. If it’s a retro need, it’s very likely Bars and Booths can answer the call and the company is always ready for help with planning or customization.
Feedback from customers continues to be very positive across the board.
A and J Phillips, from Lancaster, Ohio, “We ordered 8 Big Chill appliances from Bars and Booths. They have a beautiful showroom and professional friendly help in making your decision. By mistake, I ordered a 30″ stove vent for a 36″ stove. I should have ordered a 36″ vent. The Big Chill manufacturer was going to charge a $500 restocking fee. Bars and Booths made arrangements for the larger vent to be sent and made arrangements for the 30″ vent to be sent to their store, with no restocking fee. They couldn’t have been more customer friendly! Based on our experience, This really pointed out the advantage of ordering from a distributor over going direct to the manufacture. When you have two companies standing behind the product at no additional cost, chances are the distributor that sells many different products is more motivated to make you happy since they hope to sell you additional products. Since manufacture usually only make the one line with very little expectation of you being a repeat customer they do not have the same motivation.”
