MILWAUKEE, WI – 26 Aug, 2016 – Today, the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum and AJ Collectables announced that they will be hosting an unveiling and autograph signing for the first ever Front Row Amy bobbleheads on Saturday, August 27th at 4pm. The unveiling and signing will take place at AJ Collectables new store, which is located at 7201 W. National Ave. in West Allis (formerly Gunderson’s Sports Cards). The autograph signing will take place between 4pm and 5pm.
The bobbleheads, which are individually numbered and retail for $25-$30, will be available for sale at AJ Collectables and on the National Bobblehead HOF Store beginning at 4pm on Saturday. Front Row Amy will be on hand for the unveiling and will be signing the bobbleheads for no additional charge. The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame produced the limited edition Front Row Amy bobbleheads in conjunction with AJ Collectables.
Front Row Amy became a household name with Milwaukee Brewers fans throughout the country in 2011, after sports radio hosts and the sports website Deadspin began talking about the lady who was in the front row behind home plate for nearly every Brewers game. Amy, who scores every pitch in her official scorebook, attends the Brewers’ games alone and stays in her seat for the entire game.
“One of the most requested bobbleheads we’ve seen in Wisconsin is of Front Row Amy,” said Phil Sklar, Co-Founder and CEO of the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum. “A bobblehead is the most fitting way to honor Amy as one of the most loyal, dedicated and noticeable sports fans, not just in Milwaukee or Wisconsin, but in all of sports.”
“This is a must have for the sports fans of Milwaukee”, said Aaron Heine, Co-Founder and Member of AJ Collectables LLC. “Amy embodies the quintessential sports fan, and we are honored to be able to depict that in her bobblehead.”
The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum and AJ Collectables are independent companies and are not sponsored by or affiliated with the Milwaukee Brewers, with MLB, or with any of their affiliates in any way. The bobbleheads are not licensed by the Milwaukee Brewers or by MLB.
