Author Seeks Indiegogo Support To Publish New Weight Loss Book

A compilation of diet plans based on personal experimentation

Mount Vernon – September 20, 2016 – Author F. David Friedman launched a campaign seeking community support to release his book, “Gut Check.” It’s a budget-friendly diet book based on the counseling from a dietitian combined with twenty-five years of the author’s personal experiences. The goal is to raise $2000. Funds received will be used to produce a professional author video, establish a website, and advertise through YouTube and a network of over two million partner websites .

This New York City resident’s inspiration for “Gut Check” is derived from his personal experiments with different diets for the past twenty-five years. He discovered that many of those dieting plans/techniques were both ill-advised or recommended. Now, after much trial and error and with the help of a dietitian, Scott believes he has finally found an effective weight loss plan. Through his experience of applying this new technique, he successfully lost weight and has been able to maintain it the plan on his own.

“Gut Check” opens with a brief introduction to David’s adolescent and mid adult years in order to relate to readers. The author hopes to help at least one person accomplish their weight loss goals through the techniques of this book.
