The agreement makes Trafero Solutions the only U.S.-based consulting firm to be able to offer the Smarketing® assessment and the range of The OneTeam Method™ business productivity solutions. The licensing agreement continues the expansion of Trafero’s capabilities and expertise using proven, research-based methods that focus on specific facets of organizational culture, climate, and behavior. The approach facilitates the measurement, baselining, and comparison of organizational culture and effectiveness – highlighting opportunities to become more competitive and more profitable.
