The power of face to face (F2F) marketing has been highlighted by Ofgem as a means to increase customer engagement with the energy market and to improve overall competitiveness for the benefit of customers.
Tightened regulations on F2F energy sales regarding potential mis-spelling led to several major suppliers halting their efforts back in 2011.
