CORONA, CA – 10/20/2016 (PRESS RELEASE JET) —  Management training for both new office locations began in the Corona office. The White House Marketing, Inc. CEO has seen every side of marketing and taken different aspects of every side to create a successful guide to management. To accommodate these new markets, managers are recruiting new team members.

“The goal for WHM [White House Marketing] is to expand in all markets and regions nationwide.” said Randy W., White House Marketing CEO. “This year we’ve started that expansion into five new markets, most recently Anaheim and San Francisco.” He continues by saying, “and the plan is to have at least two more by the end of the year.”

Randy explained that the increased demand for services is the primary reason for the company to branch out into new regions. “I’ve been working directly with those that I promoted to Managers into these two new regions. Teaching someone how to completely run an office, without me being right next to that person, has taken me years to master.” he said.  “We expect to rapidly penetrate these markets and educate consumers on the benefits of our services.”

As for his responsibilities, Randy will be overseeing Managers’ operations in these new territories, including all new campaigns they execute. He will also be involved in coaching and training new associates on the company’s unique marketing methodology. “This team has some aggressive goals to meet,” he said. “However, I’m certain that these Managers are more than capable of exceeding any hurdles placed before them.”

White House Marketing’s Extension Offices are already Recruiting

As the company expands into the new territories, the need for additional team members is evident. Because the CEO is not new to this growth, he has already begun searching for new talent. “We understand that there are many companies that have a similar structure, clients, venues, or whatever it may be. But, I make sure and have each of the Managers train in my Corona headquarters to make sure the WHM integrity stays the key ingredient for successful marketing campaigns.” he said.

According to Randy, the company’s training and coaching program is designed to help new associates receive the proper training and prepare each individual to effectively run a White House Marketing office location.  “Although it is nice for a person to have marketing experience, White House likes to mold individuals, because every marketing firm is different, and have the managers trained on what I had to learn the hard way,” he said. “A good student can always learn; a stubborn person will try to re-invent the wheel.”
