Unlimited Vacation Club (UVC) by AMResorts® signed its 50,000th member on November 7, 2016, a major milestone for our exclusive travel club. Steve and Angela Isakson, UVC’s newest members, purchased at Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun and helped us to make this monumental mark. The Isakson’s purchased their membership after experiencing UVC’s Unlimited Sharing referral program.
UVC has become one of the fastest-growing luxury vacation clubs in North America and now has officially reached 50,000 members worldwide. The majority of UVC members are from the U.S., Mexico, Canada, South America and the U.K; however, a timeline of its notable history promotes endless opportunities for members to travel to the destinations of their dreams.

Reflections of the Past
2010: Great Beginnings – Unlimited Vacation Club’s incredible growth introduced its first 19 luxury AMResorts properties in October of 2010. The properties provided VIP privileges at resorts in Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica.
2011: Access Paradise –The family-oriented Sunscape® Resorts & Spas brand debuted its first property in Ixtapa on Mexico’s Pacific coast. The expansion provided members new luxuries through UVC’s partnership with I.C.E Gallery. Both land and sea travelers additionally gained Preferred Club Access with private lounges and concierge services to assist members sailing off into paradise.
2012: Journeys Beyond – The addition of five properties in Cancun, Cozumel, Puerto Vallarta and Curaçao continued to take VIP service to the next level. The expansion led to a partnership with RCI®, bringing approximately 4,500 affiliated resorts in more than 100 countries. UVC members are able to take part in the RCI® Platinum-level membership available by association.
2013: Breathless Sophistication – The dynamic Breathless® Resorts & Spa brand introduced a unique adults-only vacation concept for its members with its first resort, Breathless Punta Cana Resort & Spa. This rapidly expanding brand welcomes members to the party with a social, club-like atmosphere with an elevated focus on energy, nightlife and themed events.
2014: Entrust in Ease – The premier AMResorts portfolio increased by 20 percent with an additional five resorts. The expansion allowed for partnerships with Hertz® in Mexico, providing travelers with convenient transportation to explore every aspect of their chosen destination. 2014 also introduced members to style, with the launch of the UVC Lifestyle Collection and Signature Selections by RCI®.
2015: Partnered to Protect – Reaching 35,000 members in 2015 inspired UVC’s partnership with VacationGuard®. Unlimited Vacation Club alleviated typical travel concerns through the association to customize travelers’ protection plans and provide worldwide emergency travel assistance.
Life in the Present
2016: Member Spotlight – Steven and Angela Isakson purchased their membership at Secrets Maroma Beach after being referred by friends through UVC’s Unlimited Sharing program. From Indiana, the couple sought sand and sunshine in Cancun, Mexico. The couple’s experience at exquisite beachfront setting and unparalleled pampering created lasting memories beyond expectation.
In September of 2015 UVC reached 35,000 members and to-date have exceeded their growth pattern with an additional 15,000 members. By the end of the year, Unlimited Vacation Club plans to roll out exclusive privileges at 52 AMResorts properties, where travelers can enjoy an array of exceptional benefits and unparalleled offers.
A Dynamic Future
2017 & 2018: Expanding Adventures –The upscale experiences that range from adult destinations to wellness resorts and family-oriented properties plan to add nine more resorts in Cap Cana, La Romana, Montego Bay, Panama, Playa Mujeres and Punta Cana. 2018 plans include ventures into the famous Playa Del Carmen and the beautiful Caribbean island of Aruba.
