Sandler Training® by Sales Matters, Inc., the authorized Sandler Training Center serving the Raleigh, North Carolina area, is offering a local nonprofit organization a $35,000 professional development scholarship program for 2017. Sandler is dedicated to empowering organizations and individuals to achieve both professional and personal growth in sales, management, and leadership development.
“Nonprofit organizations frequently reach out to us for guidance in growth. They give so much to our community and work so hard to help others that sometimes they don’t have the resources left to help themselves. They don’t invest in training and development because they feel like they would be taking money or resources away from hungry, sick, or other people in need. Team training and development can enable them to help more people by growing their capabilities and resources. That’s why we are stepping up to offer this program,” said Susan Sykes, Principal of Sandler Training – Sales Matters in Raleigh.
The professional development scholarship will include one full year of the Strategic Management Solutions Program, the Sales Mastery Program, and other workshops throughout the year. This is over 200 hours of live professional development training, as well as access to thousands of additional hours of audio and video training.
Nonprofit organizations add tremendous value to the economy, community, and the people they serve in and around the Raleigh area. Regardless of the mission they have, almost every nonprofit needs to generate additional contributions to sustain their efforts. Unfortunately, it is very common for them to realize they lack the resources to foster the growth they seek for the organization and to help all the people in need. That’s where Sandler Training can assist them.
Applications are accepted until Friday, December 30, 2016. The top three applicants will be interviewed in January by the Sandler Training staff and announced by Tuesday, January 30, 2017. The winning organization will be determined by the impact they have on the community, the dedication to growth by embracing this opportunity, and the ability of Sandler Training to impact their specific challenges.
