Canada – Shearline™ Trimmer has announced the launch of their latest trimmer the Shearline™ 2.0 which is an automated trimming machine that provides growers of high-end products with equipment whose output is as close to hand trim quality as possible.
“While 30 percent slower than its big brother, the Shearline™ Original, the new Shearline™ 2.0 will provide the cleanest, tightest cut off any machine on the market today,” said inventor Ryan Hall.
Shearline 2.0 comes with a new blade design. Made with D2 hardened steel, the blade makes small, close and neat cuts, and with its scissor-like cutting shears it goes through stems and leaves without pulling or tearing which results in no bruising to the product and greatly reduces the loss of oils or trichomes. This sets the trimmer a notch higher than its competition.
“Working with Shearline™ 2.0 is like having 36 pairs of super sharp scissors, cutting at 2,000 cuts per minute, at your disposal,” Hall said further noting that the blade requires machine grade oil such as a fluid film which is a safe, non-solvent high-temperature oil. “Steer clear of food type oils such as olive or palm oil,” he cautions.
Shearline™ 2.0 has a two horsepower suction unit that can be easily switched to 110 volts. It has a blower that provides strong and controllable suction and custom made double bags that consist of an outer 25micron felt bag and a 200-micron inner nylon – the two work as a separating system. Small particles make their way through the 200-micron bag are collected in the 25-micron bag, this ensures no product gets lost as would be the case in hand trimming. When it comes to automated trimming machines, no one understands them better than Shearline™ Trimmer. The company comes with experience garnered over a two decade long period of working with and fine tuning these machines. The journey started in 1993 when Ryan Hall set out to make the first ever automated trimming machine and succeeded in 1997 when he launched The Centurion then in 2011 he went on to launch the Centurion Pro.
Trademark issues saw him rebrand his company to Shearline™ but still offering the same high-quality product and hands-on customer service. For more information, contact them via the details below.
