This high protein crisp product is made from yellow pea protein concentrated without hexane extraction, tapioca starch and brown rice flour.
50% Pea Protein Crisps are non-GMO, gluten free (< 20ppm) and Kosher.
These plant based, soy-free crisps address the need for a lighter, airier crisp for a variety of applications and markets.
