RALEIGH, N.C. – Feb 6, 2017 – NeoNova®, a broadband division of NRTC and an industry leader in cloud-based technologies and services for regional telcos and ISPs, today announced it will help kick-off the 2017 IP Vision Conference & Expo in St. Louis, Mo. this April with Investigation Station Rotation – an exclusive opportunity for event attendees to get answers to some of the most pressing challenges facing service providers today from some of the industry’s best.
“We know you probably spend a lot of time at conferences sitting and listening to other people talk about the things they think are important for you to hear. That’s why we’re planning something a little bit different,” said NeoNova CEO Jason McGinnis. “In this workshop, you’ll get to pick the brains of industry experts, as well as guide the discussion to the issues you would like to cover. It should be unlike anything you’ve ever attended before.”
IP Vision is scheduled for April 10-12. Investigation Station Rotation is Monday, April 10 from 9 a.m. to noon.
NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association is the premier association representing more than 800 independent, community-based telecommunications companies that are leading innovation in rural and small-town America. NCTA annually presents the IP Vision Conference & Expo, a unique event focused on the evolution of wired and wireless broadband networks in rural areas and the IP applications that run on them.
IP Vision discussions focus on developments and trends that sit at the intersection of rapid technological innovation and equally fast marketplace adoption. Session topics this year include smart agriculture, telemedicine, cybersecurity, data centers and new models for business. Three concurrent tracks explore the areas of voice/video/data, IT, and wireless. Each track contains five sessions with detailed information for all telco employees – from the network engineer to the executive to the sales and marketing staff. The conference also includes a CTO wrap-up panel and an industry futurist projecting a vision of what the next five years may look like for the rural broadband industry.
NeoNova’s pre-conference workshop will be a highly-interactive, round-robin info-sharing session. utilizing small-group discussions as you challenge industry experts in hot areas including cybersecurity, managed Wi-Fi and broadband video.
