The Soul of Success Gala Raises Funds for Charity

As Corporations Support Humanitarian Organization

This Saturday, hope for humanity was rekindled as corporate moguls, professionals, and humanitarians unite for a noble cause – raising funds for charity to support the downtrodden in society and uplift impoverished communities

Many prominent personalities were present on this august occasion which was hosted at the Quiet Cannon Event Center in Montebello to celebrate and re-ignite corporate social responsibility while supporting WorldHarvest, the nonprofit humanitarian organization focused on alleviating poverty in communities around the world. At the luncheon, guests were treated to a live musical performance by Amanda Velez-Buck, who played Fantine in a production of Les Misérables in 2015.

Top dignitaries from notable corporations and government graced the event. They include:

Jane Wibowo, CEO of First Way Insurance ( – one of the most reputable insurance company in the country – was present at this success gala. She and her team are doing tremendous work raising awareness for corporate social responsibility; they are one of the top corporate sponsors in attendance.

Rudy Lira Kusuma, CEO of Re/Max Titanium ( – a remarkable Real Estate company helping local communities develops – was present at the event. Rudy is a successful realtor that has helped countless people buy and sell homes leaving them happy. He is a passionate humanitarian.

Other business leaders present were Yosua Christanto of Usana, Jemmy Pranyoto, CEO of Golden Nest Inc., Anthony Kartawinata, CEO of Wira Corp., and Bruce Lie, CEO of Hippocampe USA, and Randy Brewer of Brewer Direct.

A member of the Indonesian Consulate was in attendance and gave a speech in support of the organization’s efforts.

The main highlight of the event was a panel discussion where local business leaders shared their secrets of business and leadership success accentuating the value of corporate social responsibility and their partnerships with World Harvest. The panel comprised the aforementioned distinguished personalities.

Every person in attendance supported a child to go to school for one month, while each table supported a child’s schooling for an entire year. Thus, eleven more children were sponsored for an entire year as a result of the gala. Guests were able to take home insights on how to grow their businesses and their professional prowess as well as the satisfaction of partaking in a global mission to alleviate poverty.

World Harvest was established in 1989 and has existed to impact the world through its communities, education, and media services. It has served the underprivileged through disaster relief efforts, educational sponsorship and scholarships, empowering leadership training seminars, free medical camps, and programs to create economic opportunities for thousands of civilians. Through partnerships with donors and businesses, WorldHarvest aids thousands of individuals each year.
