Lawyer and author Joshua G. Fensterstock, releases a politically thrilling novel, packed with action and suspense, “The Noble Rebellion.”
In an alternate reality, America faces its downfall, one filled with battles and oppression, at the hands of radical Islamic terrorists spearheaded by “Sultan,” after he assassinates the egotistical President Cole. Having the command of the American military and nuclear arsenal, he declares the country’s new name, the “Islamic States of America.” Now, the nation’s freedom depends on the only surviving elected official of the United States of America, freshman Congressman Max Noble.
Max risks his life together with his trustworthy comrades and advisors who choose to stand on their own ground regardless of the sacrifices and terror. As Sultan takes over and controls the nation in a Taliban-like manner, Max finds aid and a support system from renegade military leaders, patriotic civilians, and from his college girlfriend, who shows him that the true meaning of unity originates within the family structure.
Throughout his ordeal, Max learns that courage is at its best when it’s aimed for the core of justice. Having a new found family, he realizes that to truly be free means that each person must choose his or her own destiny, no matter the cost.
Politically relevant and a page-turner, The Noble Rebellion allows the readers to understand the voice and power of each citizen – and what happens when it’s gone.
