Performance of the Talking Heads “Stop Making Sense”

DAYTON, OH – 3 Apr, 2017 – “This Must Be the Party!” is a live rock music performance of “Stop Making Sense”:  the epic 80s film by the Talking Heads.  It is a concert benefiting the Dayton Ballet and It will be performed on Saturday April 15th at Oddbody’s Music Room.

“The Talking Heads music and “Stop Making Sense” just puts you in a good mood,” says Libby Ballengee, President of the Dayton Ballet Barre. “And “This Must Be a Party” is a dance party that celebrates the music, dancing and encourages the audience to dance along with the band.” 

15 professional musicians from Dayton, Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Louisville will perform the show.  Sponsors include the musicians, ballet barre members, volunteers, Buckeye Vodka, Nightstar Security, Reel Love Recording, Turner Property Management, Yellow Cab Tavern and Oddbody’s Music Room.
