Fort Lauderdale Beach Front Property Sells for Record High

18,300 sf lot sold for $394 per square foot

5 April, 2017 – Fort Lauderdale, FL, United States – Certified International Property Specialist, Debbie Wilkins Wysocki sold the beach front property owned by Noreen and Greg Wells for a record high price of $7.2 million. The property was sold to DS Paraiso, LLC, a Miami-based company controlled by attorney Kevin F. Kline, who plans to tear down the existing structure and rebuild a new home.

“The value of this property is of course, location, location, location. Tear downs of older homes is quite common in this area giving the buyers the opportunity to have the best location and the home of their dreams custom-built for them,” says Wysocki who specializes in beach front properties.

According to property records, the home was built in 1959 and spans 3,566 square feet, with four-bedrooms and 5 baths and purchased by the Wells for nearly $3.7 million in 2010.  The property is north of the new condominium and hotel development along Ocean Blvd. that includes Auberge Beach Residences & Spa and farther south, Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach and the Gale South.

Debbie Wysocki is a top selling agent with Keller Williams Realty in Fort Lauderdale and Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, a Certified International Property Specialist, an award-winning, best-selling author, Expert Speaker on Branding & Relationship Building and former Beverly Hills Financial Analyst (over $1 Billion under management).
