The well known Certified Fitness Trainer recently participated in NBC’s Biggest Loser Season 6, and brought his team into the finals.

LAKE BLUFF, ILLINOIS, September 2, 2014, Dr. Julie McLaughlin, of McLaughlin Chiropractic Clinic, was pleased to announce that none other than Roger Mack was joining the staff as their new Director of Fitness & Wellness. He is a dynamic energetic professional with over 15 years of proven success in the industry. In 2004, he qualified for the Olympic Games Trials in the 110-meter high hurdles. Roger was chosen to train NBC’s The Biggest Loser Season 6 “Green Team,” Adam and Stacey Capers. He was very instrumental in their incredible journey to losing 145lbs in 6 months. Roger is now running the fitness portion of the 8 Weeks to Wellness program. 

Roger is also running their new Back to Health Bootcamp, a 45 minute 1,000 calorie Bootcamp style class providing high-energy workout training.
