PARIS, FRANCE – 15 Apr, 2017 – Parisian streetwear brand Parlagrace has teamed up with Adidas Originals in order to release the “for god so loved the world” Gazelles. Only 200 pairs of these shoes will be released globally. Parlagrace is the love child of creative director Jos Michail Cerise.
Cerise uses civil rebellion as a backdrop for Parlagrace. Parlagrace incorporates the imagery of the punk revolution within the bulk of the collection. The limited release of this shoe will surely cement this product as a collectors item in the years to come. Adidas Originals is In the forefront of athletic footwear industry. With their latest collections with Kanye West and Raf Simons and Rick Owens. Adidas continues to hit home runs.
Parlagrace is releasing the Gazelles on www.parlagracefr.com on April 15th. Other select retailers will have the Gazelles on May 1st. The full collection will be released at Colette in Paris on May 1st. The Gazelles have been constructed with a calf skin upper that has “for god so loved the world” emblazoned on the side wall of the shoe. The shoe also features a lamb skin inner lining. The materials have been sourced from Italian tanneries in Milan.
The design aesthetic is derived from Paris streetwear culture. Each pair comes with a certificate of authenticity, satin dust bag, and a handmade box constructed of glazed oak tree. This collaboration will redefine the future, uniting Adidas’ technical, innovative expertise and capabilities with the visionary imagination of Parlagrace. This collaboration would not be complete with out giving back. A portion of the proceeds of each pair of the adidas will be donated to UNICEF. A charitable organization dedicated to the ending of child starvation and poverty globally. These shoes have a price $395.00.
