Shepherd Church to Host Night To Remember: Cirque-themed Gala for Students with Special Needs

Shepherd Church will host Night to Remember, a cirque-themed gala, for students ages 15-25 with special needs on April 28, 2017, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Shepherd Church will provide the honored guests with an unforgettable night of glamour, music, and fun while celebrating the spirit of inclusion.

Professional hairstylists, photographers, and makeup artists throughout the Los Angeles metropolitan area have donated their services for this event. Shepherd Church has provided dresses and tuxedos so that everyone will feel special.

Students will arrive in limousines and will have the opportunity to walk the red carpet as friendly paparazzi and hundreds of volunteers and community partners cheer and welcome them. Students will be treated to a full-course dinner, dessert, entertainment, and an exciting acrobatic show.

“This special evening has been a dream of Shepherd Church for almost two years now. We are so excited to have the chance to love on these students and give them a night they will never forget – truly a Night to Remember,” said Paula Cracium, Shepherd Church’s Director of Development. “We knew we wanted to find a way to open our doors to everyone in the community — not just the church folks — so this event was perfect,” she added.

Individuals and organizations that would like to help support and sponsor this event are welcome. Those donating a minimum of $25 are entitled to special gallery seating and a reception.
