Burbank, CA – May 4, 2017 – CEO Marie Adler of Adler & Associates Entertainment, Inc. has teamed up with Martin Scorsese’s pioneering female producer of forty years Barbara De Fina and director Janek Ambros for the film “May 15th in Paris”.
This dynamic trio present an eye-opening film that juxtaposes imagery of modern-day Paris with narration telling the story of May 15, 1848, where the film explains how protesters finally pushed the French establishment to let them have a popular vote to elect their ruler, only to see the outcome of their revolution backfire and turn against their own interests.

“Never say never, never burned in Neverland,” says Adler. “With a national election in France on May 7th, one that could decide the fate of the European Union in a post-Trump, post-Brexit, global political landscape, you need to watch this film unveil how history is primed to repeat itself when a neglected middle class becomes fed up, disenfranchised and places its hopes in idealists and extremists waving the banner of populism.”
Marie Adler continues to passionately champion films that make difference. She could not be prouder to work with such a talented team and bring a film of this caliber and importance to the marketplace at this critical juncture in history. Adler will be representing the film at the Marche du Film in Cannes, where Adler & Associates Entertainment will be handling world sales from its booth at Riviera K5 from May 17th to May 29th.
