With over 20 years of experience handling New York employment and discrimination matters, Mr. Bauer is a seasoned litigator and negotiator who represents his clients on a full range of New York employment law matters. He represents clients in a wide variety of employment-related litigations and disputes under federal, state and local laws. He practices in federal and state courts, before state, federal and local agencies and in other administrative forums. He also represents clients in arbitrations, mediations and other non-judicial dispute resolution matters.
Mr. Bauer counsels and represents clients on all facets of the employment relationship, including hiring, performance and discharge issues, compliance with federal, state and local laws governing the workplace, and other workplace-related personnel issues.
