New York, NY – May 29, 2017 – Chinese pop diva Jane Zhang visited the Empire State Building and enjoyed a visit to its exclusive 103rd Floor Observatory. Jane is the first Chinese pop singer to receive an official invitation to attend the Billboard Music Awards Ceremony.
