A new podcast, hosted by an award-winning consumer psychologist and strategy consultant, aims to help business owners understand their consumers’ behavior, enhance their relationship with their customers, and generate increased demand through an improved consumer experience.
It’s called “Clicksuasion,” and it’s a behavioral science podcast featuring discussions with a rapidly growing community of marketers, researchers and thought leaders who share their insights on consumer relationships and consumer experiences.
Clicksuasion explores, in depth, the concept that understanding the longitudinal behavior of clicks and purchases is more valuable than a single conversion, as well as the ways in which the consumer-brand relationship could increase the significance of brand loyalty and develop a fully-connected consumer.
Michael Barbera is the host of the Clicksuasion podcast, which has released three episodes since July. During the first season, Barbera interviewed Consumer.ology author Philip Graves, Crossing the Chasm author Geoffrey Moore, behavioral economic researcher Brett Whysel, Zynga’s Global Director of Brand Advertising Manny Anekal, Harvard’s Ovul Sezer and many more researchers.
Clicksuasion is available for download on iTunes, Google Play and at www.clicksuasion.com.
