Mr. Rhodes has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and over 25 years in behavioral healthcare. In 2014, Jerry was named Chief Executive Officer of CRC Health after joining the company in 2003 and serving as both President of the highly successful Recovery Division and later Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining CRC, Mr. Rhodes was the Chief Executive Officer for Comprehensive Addictions Programs Inc. (CAPs) for ten years. Under Jerry’s leadership, CAPs grew from a privately held company backed by private equity investors that, became a national, full-service addiction treatment provider of both residential and opiate treatment. The company was acquired by CRC in February 2003.

Prior to his CEO role at CAPS, Jerry was the Vice President of Operations for two years and the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for two years. Before joining CAPS, Jerry was the Director of Development for Beverly Enterprises, the nation’s largest publicly held nursing home company, for four years. Jerry was responsible for all new facility projects and developed over 40 facilities and the acquisition of another 50 facilities nationwide. Prior to this position, he was the Chief Development Consultant with Wilmot Bower & Associates, a nationally renowned Architectural and Development firm specializing in healthcare facilities. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems, National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers and is a recipient of the prestigious Nyswander Dole Award from American Association for the Treatment of Opioid Dependence in 2012. He serves on the board of several companies engaged in behavioral health and long term care.
