1- Drink at least eight glasses of water a day
Your body needs water to moisturize cells and eliminate toxins. Many daily problems like low energy, headache and constipation will be better if you increase your water intake. Remember, I did not say your fluid intake. Coffee and pop have no nutritional value and will not hydrate you. Only increase your water consumption.
2- Eat at least one fresh fruit and vegetables a day
You think I’ve lost it because all other resources indicate that you need 5 to 10 fruits and vegetables a day. The key to this point is fresh.
